Commission for a pokemon fan site. I'm helping with. I did some of the other gym leaders too, I might upload them later too, but I don't want to clutter your inboxes D:
It's water gym leader Misty/Kasumi in her Heartgold/Gold/Soul Silver/Silver/Stadium 2 whatever hairstyle lol. I editted a bit since I didn't like that spike she has on the top of her head lol.
And yes, that is her level 21 Starmie with bubblebeam in her pokeball just ready to say screw you to your squirtle and charmander.

Overall Vision Originality Technique Impactoverall this piece is so great. Your use of colours is amazing,you have wonderful skills and a keen eye for poses and outfits,I love her pokemon floaty (don't blame me for forgetting which pokemon it is im crazy) For me it could have had more skin-tones on the legs, and upper-chest...neck....type.......thingy.The shoes could have been higher and covered more to me they look slightly awkward but they are still good.I love the hairstyle,you showed creativity and style in this piece I enjoy it.I love the background and look forward to more art from you, maybe even a tutorial or something. XD
